# Participate in campaigns

Campaigns are incentive programs launched by businesses, brands, and content creators to offer novel experiences and engage their community.

## Getting Started

Head over to [tideprotocol.xyz](https://www.tideprotocol.xyz/), click on **Browse Campaigns** to access the campaigns section. Then connect the wallet either by:

* **Metamask**
* **Wallet Connect**
* **Connect with email**: we enable users to log in with their email by leveraging Magic Wallet; in the background, a wallet is created and associated with the used email.

Once you choose the campaign you want to participate in, **the steps to follow are always the same.**

* Read the campaign description to learn more information about the campaign
* Check if your wallet is part of the eligible audiences
* If eligible, complete the required tasks
* Once all the tasks have been completed, click on **Claim Badge** to obtain the NFT

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://fiveelementslabs.gitbook.io/tide/users/participate-in-campaigns.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
