How do I get started?
1) Head over to https://www.tideprotocol.xyz/users/campaigns.
2) Connect your wallet using the Connect wallet button.
3) Browse among the active campaigns and choose the one you prefer.
4) If eligible to participate, read the campaign description and perform the required tasks to mint a proof-of-participation NFT, which can unlock exclusive utilities.

I get an error and cannot complete the quest. How do I get support?
Please open a ticket on Discord and the team will support you as soon as possible.
Why do I need to sign a message after connecting my wallet?
Signing a message confirms your wallet ownership to Tide, this ensures secure interactions by preventing impersonation without any transaction costs.
Can I disconnect my social profiles from Tide?
Absolutely!
In the "Profile Page" section, you can revoke and connect your social media accounts whenever you want.
Why I'm not eligible to participate in a campaign?
Campaigns on Tide are accessible only to specific audiences selected by the projects to mitigate bots and fake engagement. For example, a campaign could be accessible only by Lending Market Users. You can always verify which audience you belong to on our website. If you think there has been a mistake, please get in touch with us on Tide Discord in the "get-support" channel.
I claimed my NFT badge for a campaign with ERC-20 rewards, when will the tokens be distributed?
If the emission type is set to FCFS (First Come First Served) and there were still prizes to be awarded, then you should already have received them along with your NFT badge. If not, that means that the rewards have been already claimed, try being faster next time! 🚀
If you took part in a Raffle campaign, the extraction process will be started by the project at the end of the campaign, and the rewards will be distributed automatically. Keep an eye on it! 🤑
